   Failed products are usually the wrong problem, not the wrong framework. Sit in the complaints for a week.

   Distribution is a feature

   If you cannot say where the first 50 visitors come from, you do not have a product yet.

   Keep swinging

   A string of misses then a product that pays is a normal curve. Kill fast. Log what you learned. Start the next offer.
